Because of our “fight or flight” mechanism we usually default to assuming the worst every time a challenging situation occurs. Because of that we take on more unneeded stress daily than we should. Stress causes illness & dis-ease. But reversing that habit to assuming the BEST actually works. It immediately puts us in problem solving mode.
So literally saying to yourself “ What’s the best possible outcome here?” Or my favorite before every performance “What could go right?” .
Create a new habit & change not only outcomes but change your entire life!
